Angolan Music Quality Has Improved, Says Singer

Luanda — Angolan singer David Júlio, artistically known as Davejú, last Sunday in Luanda said that the music being produced by national artists has been improving in quality in the past ten years, due to a growing demanding market.

Speaking to ANGOP, on the fringe of the sale and autographs signing session of his album entitled "A Evolução", the artist said musicians nowadays are more cautious, because they know the public do not accept just any album.

"National music has evolved a lot and this is a fruit of what fans request. Today, before we enter a studio to record, we have into account all this, with the objective of bring out a quality product", he stressed.
