Kenya: Digital Migration Case to Be Heard Next Week

The Communication Commission of Kenya sued over analogue transmission switch off.

A case challenging the December 31st switch-off of the analogue TV signals will be held on Monday next week. Justice Isaac Lenaola has certified as urgent the case filled by consumer protection body Cofek, which argues the move is untimely and too expensive to ordinary Kenyans.
