Belgut's MP Charles Keter yesterday told the Kalenjins to register voters in big numbers before the deadline on December18.
He said majority of voters risk being locked out. Keter appealed to the chiefs to ensure that people register and those that need help are assisted.
Keter who is eyeing the Kericho senator was speaking to the youth at Sosiot Sports Grounds. "You are more than 70 per cent of voters and by registering you will chose your leaders of choice," Keter said.
Last wednesday Cabinet minister Katoo ole Metito, Keter,Joshua Kutuny and Jackson Kiptanui urged Kenyans who are yet to register as voters to move fast and do so before December 18th deadline. The four expressed concern over the slow speed in which Kenyans are responding in registering as voters across the country.
