Angola: Vice-President Leaves Benguela for Luanda

Catumbela — The Vice-president of the Republic, Manuel Vicente, left at 3h30 p.m the central Benguela province for Luanda, after laying the cornerstone for the construction of Lobito refinery.

In Benguela province, Manuel Vicente met with the provincial governor of Benguela, Armando da Cruz Neto and authorities of the local administrations.

The Vice-president of the Republic was accompanied in this visit by the ministers of Oil, Transports, Energy and Water, Finance, Environment and Construction.
