Tunis — The poverty rate in Tunisia is estimated at 15.5% in 2010 compared with 23.3% in 2000, said a report on "Measurement of Poverty, Inequalities and Polarisation in Tunisia 2000-2010," made by the National Institute of Statistics (INS), in association with the African Development Bank and the World Bank.
