Monastir — The European-Maghreb Master's degree in Functional Food Industry-Resources, Biotechnology, Quality, Security and Plant-Care Product, Nutrition and Environment is the first post-graduate programme initiated as part of a European-Maghreb co-operation, stressed on Monday, European Co-ordinator of EACEA-TEMPUS programme Rachid Souleimani, during works of the consortium of this project in Monastir, to continue till next December 12, with the participation of academics from Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, France, Italy and Spain.
