Nigeria: FG - YouWIN Programme, Splash Theory Aim At Job Creation

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Prof. Nicholas Damachi Monday stated that the You WIN programme initiated by the federal government, which was geared towards job creation and youth empowerment was a practical application of the Splash Theory which he developed with the same aims and objectives.

Damachi stated this in Abuja while playing host to the Nigeria Institute of Industrial Engineers (NIIE).

According to him, the Splash Theory of Wealth Distribution Creation recognises youth as a critical mass with potential enormous contributions to the the Gross Domestic Project (GDP) of a nation.
