Rwanda: The 10th Umushyikirano or National Dialogue Will Be Held From 13 to 14 December 2012 At the Parliamentary Building Under the Theme 'Agaciro - Aiming for Self Sufficiency'

Kigali — Minister Protais Musoni of Cabinet Affairs and Venantie Tugireyezu, Minister in the President's Office hold a press conference over the 10th National Dialogue Umushyikirano to commence this week.

The 10th Umushyikirano or National Dialogue will be held from 13 to 14 December 2012 at the Parliamentary Building under the theme "Agaciro: Aiming for self sufficiency."

"Participants will discuss issues of the national interests and will brainstorm measures to find solutions to identify challenged", Minister Tugireyezu told journalists.

Minister Protais Musoni told the press that deliberations will focus on how Rwandans can attain self sufficiency. Key presentations will analyse how other countries have achieved great success and self-sufficency.

"Participants will also discuss measures to translate these great theories into practice" said

In the same line on Umushyikirano, there will be a presentation on 1994 Genocide in particular on Gacaca and will focus on identifying few challenges that have not yet been fully addressed in a bid to find long-term solutions.
