Eritrea: Inhabitants of Era-Tahtai Administrative Area Renovate Dirt Road to the Locality

Elabered — The inhabitants and natives of Era-tahtai Administrative area, Elabered sub-zone, renovated a 17 Km-long dirt road to the locality through popular undertaking.

Mr. Gabir Teklai, Administrator of Era-tahtai Administrative area, expressed appreciation for the initiative taken by the inhabitants.

Among the participants, Ms. Ezgiharia Habtemariam, Mr. Mihretab Adhanom and Mr. Abraham Ogbazgi indicated that the road has been causing transportation problems following its erosion by heavy showers, which predicament has now been fully overcome through the community's initiative. They also called on the inhabitants of beneficiary villages to extend a helping hand in its follow-up.

The road serves the villages of Era-tahtai, Era-laelai, Begesa and Qiruh.
