Angola: Boxing Federation Chief Sworn in

Luanda — The new board of the Angola Boxing Federation (FABOXE) led by Carlos Luís for the 2013/2016 period was sworn in Monday in Luanda during a ceremony witnessed by the outgoing chairman, Roberto Weba.

Simão Muanda, the candidate defeated in the election of December 1 this year, was represented at the ceremony by a member from his list.

In his four-year programme presented to voters during the electoral campaign, Carlos Luis gives prominence to competitions in Southern Africa and continental championships.
