Luanda — The secretary of State for Housing Joaquim Silvestre left Luanda on Tuesday for northern Cabinda province where he will assess the implementation of various projects.

During his two-day stay in the province, the secretary will meet with members of the local Government to analyse and outline strategies to re-launch the guided private construction sub-programme.

Joaquim Silvestre will also visit some construction projects in some municipalities of the province.

The secretary of State will afterwards travel to central Benguela province with the same purpose.
