Nigeria: NFF Okays NPL Congress Decisions

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has expressed satisfaction with yesterday's Nigeria Premier League (NPL) congress held in Abuja.

One of the three observers from the NFF, Emeka Inyama told supersport.com that he is content with the procedure and organisation of the NPL congress.

He added that the NFF observing team, which included Shehu Adamu and Suleiman Yahaya Kwande, will report back to the football federation.

But he said the Premier League will forward all of its decisions to the NFF.

"Well as an observer I don't think I have much to say. The communique for the NPL congress is already out and we just did our jobs as observers. But I'm satisfied with the procedure of the (NPL) congress as witnessed.

"As observers, we will get back to those who sent us but it is the NPL that will send the decisions taken at the congress to the NFF and not us (the observers)," said Inyama, who chairs the Nigeria National League (NNL).
