Defence counsel B.S. Touray yesterday announced the closure of the defence case in the trial involving former police chief Ensa Badjie, Lt. Col Mam Matarr Secka, former transport commander at the Gambia army and Major Kuluteh Manneh, former military police commander at the Yundum army camp.
The former senior security officers are standing trial under a 51-count charge, at the Special Criminal Court in Banjul before Justice Emmanuel Nkea.
