Luanda — The Angolan minister of Foreign Affairs, Georges Chicoty, left this Wednesday for Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, to represent the Head of State José Eduardo dos Santos at the summit of the Heads of State of Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP).
Moments before leaving Luanda, the Angolan top diplomat told Angop that at the level of ACP the work is set and therefore the decisions from the summit, to be held on 13-14 December, will be taken through a joint statement, to be released at the end of the work.
Georges Chicoty is leading the Angolan delegation integrated by minister of Planning, Job Graça, and high ranking officials from the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
The delegation is expected return to Luanda on Saturday.
