Angola: Land Forces Calls for Success of Mission

Luanda — The army implements an instruction process of new soldiers, training of troops and improvement of capacity of its officers for the consolidation and development of skills, habits and military skills, indispensable for the successful accomplishment of territory defence mission.

This was said to Angop by the sGeneral chief of staff of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA), General Geraldo Sachipengo Nunda, at the opening of a symposium on the creation of the FAA's land troops, under the 20th anniversary of this branch, to be marked on December 17.

He said that taking into account the consolidation and development of the knowledge, habit and skills, the land forces seek training, combative, operative preparedness, as well as patriotic education of its members.
