Angola: Governor Lays Cornerstone for Construction of INE Building

Ndalatando — The governor of the northern Kwanza-Norte province, Henrique André Júnior, on Tuesday here launched the first stone for the construction works of the building of the local statistics Institute (INE), Angop has learnt.

The two-floor building will be constructed in an area of 3,000 square metres. The works will take 12 months and are on the charge of the Portuguese company FDO-ABB.

INE's national director, Camilo Ceitas, who witnessed the act, said that this will enable employees to work better and government to keep statistics at the centre of its governance.
