Angola: National Football Team to Travel to Benguela On Saturday

Lubango — The Angola national senior males football team will travel on Saturday to the central Benguela province on the day they will play Gambia there for the first friendly match, ahead of their preparation for the African Cup of Nations (AFCON2013) in South Africa, Angop has learnt.

This was said to Angop by the coach Gustavo Ferrin and he added that the decision of taking the team at the day of the game is due to the climate change, after the nine-day training period in Lubango city, southern Huila province.

Ferrin said that the preparation of the team will be focused on the physical aspects, as the squad has been testing its presence in the AFCON2013, being that the current results are not very important.
