The Federal Executive Council (FEC) yesterday approved N3 billion to create various job opportunities for women in 2013. Six ministries including Agriculture, Communication Technology, Women Affairs, Works, Health and Water Resources signed an agreement to partner on the women empowerment project. Speaking at the signing ceremony yesterday, Women Affairs Minister Zainab Maina described the event as historic.
