Briefing State House correspondents after the weekly council meeting, Education Minister Ruqayyatu Rufa'I said the move became necessary to improve the country's relations and enhance the teaching of French in schools.
Also speaking after the meeting, Minister of State for Finance, Yerima Ngama, said the council approved single taxation for individuals and businesses between Nigeria and Sweden.
