Gambia: Serrekunda East Bounce Back

The Serrekunda East zonal team Tuesday came from behind to defeat Manjai zonal team 3-2 in the ongoing GFA Super Nawettan. The match was played at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai. Manjai took the lead in the 26th and 35th minutes of the game courtesy of Morlie Keita.
Coming into the second half, Jerreh Tamba scored for Serrekunda East in the 53rd minute. The central referee awarded a penalty to the East side after Yankuba Gassama handled the ball in the 18-yard box.The penalty was converted by Sulayman Coker in the 72nd minute to level the tally. Omar Darboe scored the winning goal in the last minute of additional time.
