Angola: Attorney General Invited to Visit China

Beijing — The Angolan Attorney General, João Maria de Sousa, was invited by his Chinese counterpart, Cao Jianming, to visit that Asian country in 2013.

Cao Jianming's invitation was made on Tuesday during an audience granted by the Angolan ambassador to China, João Garcia Bires.

During the courtesy meeting, the two interlocutors reviewed the relations between the two countries.

Cão Jianming guaranteed to the Angolan diplomat that he has been following with great interest the development of Angola, mainly in the judiciary domain.

In last April, the Chinese Attorney General visited Angola and held meetings with the Angolan officials of judicial power.

Angola and China will celebrate on 12 January 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations.

China is one of the most important partnerships of Angola, participating positively in the effort of national reconstruction underway the whole country.
