Nigeria: Kwankwaso Craves for Urgent End to Insecurity in the North

Kano state Governor, Engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has said the security challenges confronting the northern part of the country, is a problem that needs urgent attention and must be tackled head long.

Kwankwaso said that for the north to move forward at this crucial time the stakeholders have to come together to find a lasting solution to the perennial security problem in the region.

"I believe this is the time to sort out our differences and move forward, because within Nigeria, other parts of the country cannot wait for the North in the course of development as such we have to put our acts together before it is too late."
