Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy is poised to end the year on a good note. Apart from having mouth-watering endorsement deals with companies such as Samsung and Promasidor, makers of Loya Milk, Don Jazzy has acquired a duplex worth N160 million.

The 30-year old music producer is also said to be planning to become a property merchant as one of the reasons he acquired the house.

According to our source, Don Jazzy has paid an estimated sum of N160 million for the purchase of the duplex which he rented earlier this year after his break up with his business partner, D'banj.
