Gambia: Looking for Financial Assistance

Haddy Manneh, a wheelchair-bound disable woman, who is in her mid 30s is appealing for assistance from Good Samaritans to enable her run a petty in order to find a habitable dwelling place.

Haddy, who is presently residing in New Jeshwang, behind Jokor Restaurant, is without a proper shelter as the house which was given to her free of charge by a concerned landlord has collapsed during the rainy season. She is asked to look for a better place whilst the house is reconstructed but that at the moment she does not have the financial capacity to rent a house as she is not earning any income.

Haddy said she is in need of small working capital to continue with her petty trading and something to pay for two or three months house rent. She can be reached at this phone number: 9017202.
