Gambia: Brikama Committee Fires Zonal Coach

Lamin Kabou has been sacked as Brikama Zonal Team Coach on Tuesday and a replacement swiftly named, Foroyaa Sports can reveal.

Kabou's dismissal took effect yesterday. His sacking is in relation to the Brikama Zonal team's recent flopping after they lost to zonal newcomers Brufut at home courtesy of in-form Sainey Jatta's decisive lone goal.

The Brikama Youth and Sports Committee claimed that Lamin is axed for sowing seeds of discord among the Brikama technical bench thus triggering disunity. Mr. Kabou is however yet to answer to these damning allegations.

Alieu John Ndure has been confirmed to fill the void in an effort to redeem their title aspirations.
