Gambia's international reggae dancehall star based in Germany and his Brikama based crew Inspired Ones, are set to embarked mega tour of the Smiling Coast of Africa dubbed 'In this time tour' by the end of December 2012 and the beginning of January 2013.
Rebellion D' Recaller, who is also currently preparing for a mega cloudburst stage appearance at this year's 5th Open Mic Festivals slated for December 28th 2012, will use this upcoming tour to reach out to multitude of his fans in countrywide.
The reggae dancehall sensation will also use the tour to also launch his new album entitled "In this time". Meanwhile, as planned Rebellion will first perform on the 28th of December at the 5th Open Mic Festival at the Independence Stadium, on the 29th December at Jokor Brikama, 4th January at Basse Youth Center, on the 5th January at Mosses Lodge in Jarra Soma. He will then return to action on 11th January at Alliance Franco along Kairaba Avenue and on 12th at Sukuta Cinema Hall. The supporting acts during the tour will include -Faya Soldier, Douvilous, Balla Ranks, Ras Askia, Benjamin and many more.
During his dialogue with What's On, Recaller revealed that the new album "In this time' is his 4th album, which was produced by the Inspired Ones in collaboration with Elite Records Studios based in Switzerland.
The album, he further explained, contain tracks that are full of positive messages in his quest to spread positive vibes across the country through music. He affirmed that the tour will also be used to show appreciation to his endless fans and as well to renew commitment to them which is very vital taking into account without the support of the fans, work cannot be done effectively.
"The inspired ones crew is ready to uplift the young talented musicians in The Gambia through paving the way for them to showcase their talents in the country's music industry and the world at large," he said.
Rock Base his personal promoter and manager of Rebellion, described the artist as an international cum versatile artist who has the potential and capability to impressed audience whenever singing. "It will be unfair if the tour stops in the urban area only, but we decided to extend it to the rural area as well so that they can also receive the messagethat will be deliver from the new album," he said.
He thanked the president of the republic for what he called his meaningful participation and immense contribution towards the development of music and artistes in the country.
