Justice Mikailu Abdoulahi of the High Court in Banjul, would be the Christmas vacation judge, sources confirmed to the Daily Observer.
According to sources, the Christmas vacation of the superior courts of The Gambia would commence on Monday the 24th December 2012. The Christmas vacation would terminate on Friday, 4th January 2013 and the new Legal Term would commence on Monday the 7th January 2013.
