Kaduna — The Boko Haram menace is threatening the peace and corporate well-being of the country, Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Alex Badeh, has said.
This is just as the NAF chief reassured that the Federal Government is not resting on its oars to finding a lasting solution is to the problem.
The CAS stated this at the graduation ceremony of 140 students of Junior Course 74/2012 of the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC), Jaji near Kaduna yesterday.
The CAS who was represented by the Air Officer Commanding (AOC) Training Command (TC) Air Vice Marshal Isyaku Umar noted that as a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-lingual and multi-religious nation, there is bound to be disagreements on issues.
He urged the students not to forget the challenges of the contemporary environment which calls for prudent management of scarce resources while assuring that Nigeria's commitment to international peace will continue to require the services as military observers, staff officers or members of contingents in multinational operations.
The 140 students underwent a 20 week intensive training at the College and have been conferment with the initials of Passed Junior Staff Course (PJSC).
