Egypt's Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that four people have been injured in the referendum on the constitution in Cairo and other provinces.

One case was transferred to an Alexandria hospital while another who suffered chest pain was transferred to a Shubra hospital in Cairo. The other two cases were in Sharqiya and Daqahilya.

Egyptians began voting in the referendum on the country's new constitution on Saturday.
