Nigeria: IBB Golf Club Inducts New Members

The IBB Golf and Country Club in Abuja, recently held an induction ceremony for new members. The intending members, after passing through the rigours of a screening exercise where happy to finally be inducted into prestigious golf club, which has a Course that sits on approximately 101 hectares of land located in the choicest part of Abuja, very close to the Presidential Villa and National Assembly.

The golf club also hosts some of the best competitions in Nigeria with the best professional and amateur players in West Africa.

Addressing the new inductees, the captain of the club, Anthony Azogu, told them that they had just joined the best golf club in Nigeria. He advised those who had not started playing golf to start immediately and enjoined them to always comport themselves and behave in a manner befitting the club.

In attendance where some old and prominent members of the club including, Ambassador Baba Gana Kingibe, Gen. IBM Haruna, Gen. John Shagaya and the secretary of the club, Yinka Ajibade.
