56 per cent of Kenyans believe presidential aspirant Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto will honor summons to appear before the ICC regardless of the outcome of the general elections. According to new polls by Ipsos Synovate conducted between 6th and 11th Dec with 1625 respondents, only 25% of Kenyans think the two will defy the summons.
