Kenya: Women Threaten to Boycott Sex After Gender Ruling
By Diana Madegwa, 17 December 2012
Women lobby groups have threatened to mobilize all women in the country to boycott sex for a week if the Supreme Court fails to reconsider the gender ruling.
The women from several organizations including the women political alliance, national council of women among others, have criticized the ruling and argued that women can be voted into political office. The women say they will fight for their rights to be represented in the devolved government.
