The case by consumers challenging the December 31st switch-off of the analogue TV signals will be heard today. The consumer federation went to court last week to challenge the switch off arguing that millions of Kenyans cannot afford it. COFEK is also seeking a million signatures from Kenyans opposing the move by the information ministry.
