A 76-year-old man from Malaba in Teso North has vowed not to register as a voter until the government addresses his four decades predicament.
Emmanuel Malenya said he has featured in all elections since 1963 in the hope that he will benefit from the government of the day in vain. The ropes seller in Malaba said he is homeless after his six-acre piece of land was grabbed in 1986.
