Kasbah — The Ministry of Human Rights and Transitional Justice is developing strategies to monitor prisons and detention centres. It also plans to train units to observe on the ground the behaviour of protesters and security forces in demonstrations, information officer at the Ministry of Human Rights and Transitional Justice Chakib Darouiche said Friday at a press briefing.
