Angola: Principles for Better Education System Defended

Havana — A set of principles for updating the management and improvement of the education system was defended on Thursday here by the provincial director of education of Luanda, André Soma, Angop has learnt.

The referred principles got nine votes in favour, none against for the elaboration of this scientific work of the André Soma.

The jury was nominated by Cuba's national commission for attribution of doctorate degree that attributed him the title of doctor in pedagogical sciences through the thesis named a Working System for Improvement of Luanda Pedagogical managing board.

Meanwhile, André Soma considered the title as the materialisation of a dream that aims at improving the competences and meets the demands and challenges of the education system.
