Luanda — The media library of Soyo district, northern Zaire province, will be inaugurated on December 18.

This was announced to Angop on Friday by the executive commission of country's media library network.

A press note from the institution says that it will be a space that will develop the concept of traditional libraries, being located in a privileged area that makes its access faster from any point of the city.

The institution comprises the services of press, television, internet, cinema, virtual games, music, conference, meeting, leisure, exhibition, studying, video wards, e-book and working spaces.
