Havana — The vision of the Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, concerning education was highlighted Friday in Havana, Cuba, by the Luanda director for Education, André Soma.
André Soma was speaking on behalf of a group of six people who completed a doctorate degree in pedagogic sciences in the Cuban capital.
The official said on the occasion that the engagement of the Angolan head of State in the various domains has contributed to the development of the country.
He stated that training of the staff will help to improve the methods of scientific management in the sector of education and the quality of education.
André Soma obtained a PhD degree in pedagogic sciences with the thesis "Work system for improved pedagogic and professional activity of headmasters."
