Angola/Gambia: National Football Team Coach Minimises Draw With Gambia

Benguela — The National senior males football team coach, Gustavo Ferrín, on Saturday commended the determination of his players in the 1-1 draw with Gambia, in Benguela Province's Ombaka Stadium, although it was not the result expected by the team for this first friendly match, ahead of the squad's participation in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.

Speaking to the press, in the end of the game, the Uruguayan Gustavo Ferrín highlighted the way the Angolan squad moved on the pitch and the pressure they put on Gambia throughout almost the whole game, which shows that the team has been evolving.
