Kenya: Nurses Defy Minister's Orders to Return to Work

Nurses have defied medical services minister Anyang' Nyong'o's orders to return to work.
Hospitals in the coast, Rift Valley and some parts of central are operating minimally since nurses have not returned to work. Union secretary General Seth Panyako says they will go back to work when their demands are met.
