Christmas is around the corner and the festive mood is kicking in. Mombasa is not being left behind and at the Nyali International Beach Hotel, they have literally lit up the hotel.

On Sunday night, guests who included the Ugandan Tooro royal couple of Princess Ruth Komuntale and Duke Christopher Thomas were treated to an evening of merry-making as Mombasa deputy mayor John Mucharo led the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. It was an amazing experience as the guests counted down to the lighting ceremony which saw the hotel beautifully decorated.
