Angola: MPLA Committed to Tackling People's Plights

Luanda — The ruling MPLA party will continue working toward addressing the people's pressing issues, said Monday the provincial secretary for organisation, peripheral and rural mobilisation, Bento dos Santos "Kangamba".

Bento Kangambo was speaking to the press on the sidelines of a socialisation lunch, held in Golfe II, urban district of Kilamba Kiaxi in Luanda.

The event is intended to thank the militants, sympathisers and friends for MPLA victory achieved in general elections held on 31 August in 2012.

He said that his party fulfils what it promises.

Therefore, the politician assured that the government is working with a view to gradually address the people's plights.
