Angola: Mozambican Women Organisation Delegation Ends Visit

Luanda — The secretary general of the Mozambican Women Organisation (OMM), Amélia Franklin, left this Monday Luanda for her country, after receiving from her Angolan counterpart, Luzia Inglês, post of Coordination of African Region of Women's International Democratic Federation (WIDF).

Amélia Franklin's visit to Angola also aimed to reinforce the partnership and friendly ties with the ruling party's women wing (OMA).

During her four-day stay, the Mozambican delegation held meetings with the vice-president of MPLA, Roberto de Almeida and the provincial first secretary of MPLA in Luanda, Bento Bento.
