A case filed by the Kenya Human Rights Commission and 26 other human rights activists demanding for the compensation of IDPS who are still in camps will be heard today. The organizations have sued the state through the AG on behalf of IDPS. They also want the court to declare that the state failed to prevent the 2007/08 post-election violence.
