Gambia: Female Student Needs Financial Assistance to Complete Grade 12

Education for both boys and girls in Upper Basic and Senior Secondary Schools is becoming more difficult for the poor people.

Sainabou Nyassi of Muslim Senior Secondary could not pay her fees last year and therefore was unable to finish her grade 12 education due to financial constraints.

She repeated her grade 12 in the same school this year but again she is facing the same difficulties to settle her bills to enable her sit to the final exams.

Sainabou family said they have no means to foot her school bills and have great difficult to pay for her grade 12 exam fees.

Sainabou's grade 12 exams and school fees amount to D3210(Three Thousand two hundred and ten dalasi) only.

Her family is appealing to individuals and institutions to please assist financially to help their desperate daughter to complete her final year grade 12 exams. They can be reached on the following telephone numbers: 7782549/9830327.
