Soyo — The Vice-president of the Republic, Manuel Domingos Vicente, is expected on Wednesday to pay a few-hour working visit to Soyo district, northern Zaire province.
In the region, the Vice-president will be welcomed by the provincial governor of Zaire, Joanes André, with whom he will discuss issues related to the local development and inaugurate the Media library of Soyo municipality.
Manuel Vicente is also expected to return to Luanda on Wednesday.
