Soyo — The government of northern Zaire province presented on Monday in Soyo districts six social projects designed for Soyo and Mbanza Kongo municipalities, under the consolidation of efforts to be made as from 2013 in education sector.

This was said to Angop by the provincial governor of Zaire, José Joanes André, who chaired the presentation act of the projects.

He said that the projects include those ones for conclusion, enlargement and alternative construction of 11 de Novembro university.

The projects also include the urbanisation of Mbanza Kongo new city and some schools.

The presentation act was attended by Minister of Higher Education, Adão do Nascimento, Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology, José Carvalho da Rocha and Minister of Science and Technology, Maria Cândida Pereira Teixeira.
