Angola: Executive Seeks Effective Solutions to Fulfil Children's Eleven Commitments

Luena — The municipal programmes of rural development and combating poverty and municipalisation health services are some of the efficient and effective solutions that the Angola government has been implementing so as to minimise the children's problems, under the children 11 commitments of their protection until 2015.

This was said to Angop on Tuesday by the vice governor for political and social affairs of the eastern Moxico province, Adriana Sofia Cacussa Bento, during the opening act of the biennial assessment meeting in Luena city.

She added that other efficient solutions are the creation of a national strategy of prevention and protection of children's rights.

The official also said that the implementation of these actions shows the engagement of the executive in seeking sustainable solutions that assure immediate and effective responses to guarantee and safeguard the children's rights.
