Prime Minister Hisham Qandil held a cabinet meeting on Monday 17/12/2012 to review amendments to Law 79/1975 on social insurance.
The meeting discussed the draft law, which will give new benefits to pensioners, said Cabinet Spokesman Alaa el-Hadidi.
The draft law will be referred to the legislative committee in order to be passed to the Cabinet in January, he added.
