Angola: Police Call for Greater Cooperation of Private Security Firms in Festive Period

Luanda — The second police commander of Luanda, Sub-commissioner Francisco Ribas, on Tuesday here called for the reinforcement of cooperation of the private security companies so as to keep the population safe during the festive season, Angop has learnt.

The officer also said that there are some improvements of few private security firms, but he called for a greater surveillance because the criminals do their best to get their weapons and commit crimes.

According to him, the Police will continue to cooperate with the private security firms to promote public security and population well-being.
